The ECB publishes its reference rates once a day, at around 16:00 CET, and only on working days: the value is the one recorded at 14:10 CET. These are not real-time quotes but official reference rates. At weekends and on closing days the last published figure stays valid. Hub Finanza checks the source every hour and updates the site within an hour of publication.
